Michael Gutsche (*1961, Fulda, Germany) is a German photographer who works with changing landscapes and global environmental issues. He began making photographic essays in the early 1990s while traveling through Latin America, the United States, and Asia as CEO of an air pollution control company. He eventually retired from the company to focus solely on photography. Gutsche’s work manifests in large-scale prints and has been featured in solo exhibitions at museums, galleries, and institutions across Germany, as well as in the international press and German media.
